I am also a naturopathic practitioner qualified in Hungary, a lifestyle consultant trained at the Hippocrates Health Institute, a consultant working with the Recall Healing approach, and a Bach Flower Remedies practitioner.

For nearly twenty years, I have been exploring conscious living, self-awareness and ways to improve quality of life. Over the years, I have shared my knowledge and experience through talks, individual consultations and group sessions.

Today, we hear more and more about longevity and the possibility of living a long, healthy life. I'm delighted to see this growing interest, as conscious living has been important to me for many years.

I believe it's not just about how long we live, but how well we live – and how much joy we experience along the way.

My Journey

My journey, like that of many others, began with a personal challenge and a sense of helplessness.

I wanted to gain a deeper understanding of how my body works and take an active role in my own wellbeing.

In 2009, I studied at the Hippocrates Health Institute in Florida. My experiences with raw food nutrition, wheatgrass and conscious living had a profound influence on my personal and professional journey.

At the same time, I became increasingly mindful of the products I used in everyday life. Back then, I relied on a thick reference book to check the ingredients in cosmetics and personal care products. Today, there are many apps available to make this much easier.

I also learnt that extreme approaches are not always sustainable in the long term. For example, following an exclusively raw-food diet did not prove sustainable for me while living in Hungary. However, I continue to draw on the experiences and knowledge I gained.

Over time, I moved towards a lifestyle tailored to individual needs. Today, when making dietary choices, I consider factors such as age, the seasons, current life circumstances and the body's signals. In certain cases, I also value insights from genetic analyses, provided they have been interpreted by a qualified professional.

As I developed a stronger foundation for my physical wellbeing, I became increasingly interested in understanding the emotional and spiritual aspects of our lives.

This journey led me from naturopathy to exploring various approaches to self-awareness and spirituality, with Recall Healing becoming one of the central focuses of my professional work.

Body, Mind and Spirit – An Interconnected Whole

For me, the essence of a holistic approach is recognising that our physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing are deeply interconnected.

Just as our physical condition can influence our mood and the way we think, our thoughts, emotional experiences and beliefs can also affect our wellbeing, habits and decisions.

I would compare this process - to a spiral that, ideally, moves upwards.

As I change, I begin to see my life differently. As my perspective changes, so do my choices. These choices lead to new experiences, which in turn shape who I become.

For me, personal growth is not about reaching a final destination, but about continually discovering life, understanding our experiences and embracing the freedom to make conscious choices.

My Approach to One-to-One Consultations

I primarily support people in exploring the connections between self-awareness, emotional experiences and the circumstances of their lives.

During our work together, we can explore your current life circumstances, the emotions associated with them, recurring patterns of response, and personal and family stories that may offer fresh perspectives.

Within the Recall Healing approach, we explore several areas, including:

Lifetime Line: Significant life events, emotional experiences, possible recurring patterns and cycles.

Project // Purpose: a családi megélések, helyzetek és történetek, az úgynevezett indítóprogram.

Family History and Generational Patterns: Our ancestors' life stories, roles and choices, and the possible parallels we may recognise in our own lives.

I use these approaches as tools for self-exploration, not to identify scientifically established causes of diseases or to provide medical diagnoses.

For me, the process has three key stages:

Exploration – Acceptance – Creating New Patterns

We don't necessarily need to understand everything straight away. Simply becoming aware of our previously automatic patterns can open up the possibility of making different choices.

We need to give ourselves permission to believe that things can be different.

What Methods and Tools Can Support This Journey?

Over the years, I have explored a variety of methods and approaches. Together, we select the tools that best suit each person's individual circumstances and current needs.

Naturopathy and Phytotherapy

Exploring medicinal plants, herbal teas and blends, alongside natural approaches to conscious living. When using herbal remedies, I consider it essential to take individual health conditions and potential contraindications into account.

The Hippocrates Health Institute Approach to Lifestyle and Wellbeing

Nyers, növényi alapú táplálkozás és búzafű használatának ajánlása.

Recall Healing and Biologika Approaches

These approaches focus on exploring and understanding our biological responses through self-awareness. This includes reflecting on personal life experiences, emotional patterns, significant life events, stories surrounding birth and family patterns.

Bach Flower Remedies

Traditional flower essences are used as a complementary tool for self-reflection, alongside exploring our current emotional states and habitual patterns of response.

Meditation, Breathing and Mindfulness

Meditation, mindfulness practices inspired by Zen Buddhism, and conscious breathing can help us become more aware of our thoughts, emotions and automatic reactions.

Aromatherapy and AromaTouch Massage

A gentle touch technique using essential oils, designed to promote relaxation and a sense of wellbeing.

Spiritual and Energy-Based Approaches

My studies and personal journey have also included exploring the ÁSTA School of the Soul, Pránanadi and the use of mantras. I approach these practices from a spiritual perspective, grounded in personal experience.

Individual Consultations and Self-Awareness Groups

Individual Consultations

Individual consultations are available in person at various locations in Budapest, by prior appointment, as well as online.

Group Self-Awareness Sessions

I believe in the power of groups. Shared insights, different life stories and a supportive environment can open up new perspectives.

Az „In my six-session programme, “Behind My Story – From Self-Understanding to a Freer Life”” we explore our personal life stories and gain a deeper understanding of our patterns and behaviours.

Book an Individual Consultation:

https://krakkvera.booked4.us/public/

I look forward to meeting you!

For me, self-awareness isn't about constantly trying to fix ourselves, but about understanding ourselves more deeply and living more authentically.

So that we can live our lives with greater ease, freedom and joy.

Vera Krakk

Naturopathic Practitioner (qualified in Hungary), Health Educator trained at the Hippocrates Health Institute, Consultant using the Recall Healing approach, Bach Flower Remedies Consultant

E-mail: krakkvera@gmail.com

Phone: +36 30 141 4143

Important Notice:
The information and product descriptions on this website, as well as the individual consultations and group sessions offered, are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment or psychotherapy.
